phir 1 chiicken ley aur usey achi tarha dho leyn...ab sub se pehle pan mein 2 bareek katay huye pyaz leyn aur usey halki aanch per gala leyn...jub gal jayen aur light brown honey lageyn to us mein 1 spoon ginger paspte aur garlic paste bi 1 spoon daal deun phir is k light brown honey per is mein tomatoes (3-4...slices mein katey huye aur bareek) aur chicken daal deyn aur in sub cheezon ko achi tarhan se is mein bhooneyn .....

phir is mein salt, red chilli half table spoon, half spoon sookha dhaniya daleyn phr 1 cup dahi add ker deyn...dahi achi tarhan phaint k dalna chahiye takey bhonney mein asani ho......phir chicken ko galnay k liye rakh deyn jub half gal jaye to is mein NATIONAL ka bariyani masla daal deyn....

phir chicken ko dahi mein achi tarhan bhooneyn...sath hi is mein 5-6 green chillies daal deyn....jub bhun jaye to isey utar leyn....

ab ek alag bartan mein sub se pehle ek layer boiled rice ki lagayen, phir us mein chicken wala jo masala pakaya hai us ki ek ;layer daalyen...phir rize ki ek layer, phir chicken ki ek layer phir akhir mein rice ki ek layer laga leyn.....phir sub se uper thora sa pudeena aur hara dhaniya kat ker daalyen.....sath hi ek pinch of zarday ka rung thorey se pani mein (3-4 tablespoons only of water) ghol key is k uper chirek deyn....

phir is ko dum per rakh deyn....2-3 minute k bad khubsurat dish mein nikal leyn aur raita aur salat k sath serve kijiye....
