Cholestrol And Its Risk Factors
Definition of cholestrol:
Cholestrol is an oily type of liquid which spreads in our body rapidly and make us fatty than usual.
It is very important to know the high level of cholestrol in the body because it has chances of heart attack and brain stroke.
However the normal quantity of cholestrol is required to keep regular our body functions.
First of all we should know that how much cholestrol level is present in the foods which we use in our daily routine life.
If cholestrol level contains low density of lipo proteins then it is known as effective or bad cholestrol level and it can cause heart diseases.
High cholestrol level contains high density of lipo proteins therefore are known as good or non effective cholestrol. It cannot be dangerous for heart.
Risk Factors Of Cholestrol in the important parts of body:
The risk factors of cholestrol level are greater because blood that circulates in our whole body starts to thicker while passing through blood arteries. These arteries become hard due to narrowing of blood arteries.
Some of these arteries are particular for bringing blood to heart causing a disease called as Angina or Chest pain. This could happen only when blood cannot flow properly to the heart.
Risk of Heart attack:
Our heart receives less blood and oxygen level causing blood to form clots. These clots are very effective because the blood cannot reach to heart in the required quantity leading to a serious disease of heart attack.
Risk of brain stroke:
It also have a risk of brain stroke Because the blood clots are formed and it also cannot reach to brain in the proper way.
This can be reduce by taking less cholestrol containing foods like fast foods etc....
